Leads for auto repair shop software.
ScoutedLead finds independent auto repair shops that still take appointments by phone, checks each one on its own website, and puts the lead in your CRM assigned to the rep who covers that territory.

example · every fact cites its page and the date we checked it
Hi Luis, I saw that getting a car into Ridgeline means calling the shop during business hours. We help independent shops let customers request a time online and keep the bay schedule in one place. Would a quick look be useful?
Reasons a shop is worth a call
Each lead carries one reason to reach out, and each reason has a rule for what must be true on the shop's own website before we say it.
Appointments by phone
“Your site says to call the shop to schedule service”
Said only when the page, loaded in a real browser, shows no booking button, link or scheduling system.
Shop management software
A request form and a call back
“Your appointment page is a contact form, then you call the customer back”
The form is linked in the lead, so your rep can describe the step your product removes.
Scheduling and customer messaging tools
On another shop system
“Your appointment page runs on another shop system”
The system is named with the page we saw it on, so the pitch is a switch, never "you don't have it".

How to find independent repair shops that need shop software
A search for “auto repair” in any city returns dealers, tire chains, franchises and independents, all mixed together. Your reps then spend their first call finding out which kind of shop they reached and how it books work.
The independent shops worth calling show it on their own websites: “call to schedule”, an appointment page that’s only a contact form, or a booking link that names a shop system you can replace. ScoutedLead drops chains, franchises and directories, then loads each independent shop’s website the way a customer would, on a laptop and on an iPhone. Every fact is recorded as yes, no or unsure, and only a definite answer becomes a reason to reach out.
What a repair shop lead includes
Each lead names the shop, its website, city and ZIP code, and the reason to reach out in plain words. The evidence comes with it: the page we saw, a screenshot and the date we checked. When the site names the shop system or scheduler it uses today, the lead says so and links the page.
You also get the owner’s name when the site gives it, the phone and email the shop publishes, and, when the numbers hold up, how many of the nearby independent shops we checked already take appointments online. An opening line written for your product comes last, for your rep to review and send. The example at the top of this page shows the shape; the shop in it is made up.
How leads reach your reps
You tell us how your territories are split: which ZIP codes, cities or states each rep, team or partner covers. Every lead carries its ZIP code, so it lands in your CRM already assigned to the rep who works that area, with the reason at the top of the record.
During the pilot we set up the push into HubSpot or Salesforce with your own fields and owner rules. Until that’s live, the same leads arrive through the ScoutedLead API, on a signed webhook or as a CSV file your ops team can import. Your reps get one new record per shop, ready to work, instead of a list to research.
ScoutedLead vs. a bought lead list
A list and a scouted lead answer different questions. A list says which repair shops exist. A scouted lead says which independent shops still schedule the slow way, and shows the page that proves it.
| ScoutedLead | A bought lead list | |
|---|---|---|
| Who’s on it | Independent shops with phone-only appointments, or a shop system you can replace | Businesses filed under auto repair in an area |
| Why each one | The reason, with the page it came from and the date we checked | Not stated |
| Shop system they use today | Named when their own website shows it | Depends on the vendor’s data |
| Contact details | Only what the shop publishes on its own site | From the vendor’s database |
| Opening line | Written for your product, from the reason | Your reps write it |
| Routing | In your CRM, assigned by rep territory | A file to import and assign |
| Opt-outs | One do-not-contact list across every customer | The vendor’s own policy |
Start with 25 free repair shop leads
Pick one market, such as a metro area outside California (we don’t work there or in Canada for now), and the kinds of shops you want: general repair, brakes and tires, transmission or a mix. We run the pipeline and deliver up to 25 leads, each with its reason and evidence.
We say “up to” because we only hand over a lead when its reason checks out, and we won’t pad the count. Your team judges the leads before you pay for anything. Use the form below or request access, choose “A software or marketplace company”, and tell us about your territories. How we check every lead explains the browser checks behind each one.
Leads for other platforms
Payments ISOs, agents and POS resellers. Businesses that can't take a card online, with the POS they use today when their site shows it.
Salon, barber and spa booking software. Shops that still book by phone, text or DM, with the scheduler they use when their site shows it.
Restaurant online ordering and marketing platforms. Independent restaurants with no online ordering of their own, with what they use today.
Field service software. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and landscaping contractors whose customers can't book service online.
Common questions
How is it priced?
We don’t publish prices, because the work depends on your markets and how many shops your reps can work. We either set the pipeline up for your team for a one-time setup fee, or run it on our infrastructure while you pay for what you use. We quote after a short call. The first sample of up to 25 leads in one market is free.
How is this different from buying a list of auto repair shops?
A list of repair shops mixes dealers, chains and independents, and says nothing about how each one runs its schedule. Each ScoutedLead lead is an independent shop with a reason to talk to you, such as phone-only appointments, with the page we saw it on and the date we checked. Chains, franchises and directories are dropped before anything reaches your reps.
Which CRMs do the leads go into?
Today, leads arrive through the ScoutedLead API as a pull feed, on a webhook signed with HMAC-SHA256, or as a CSV file. Pushes into HubSpot or Salesforce are set up for each customer during the pilot, with your own fields, owners and territory rules, since every sales team’s CRM is set up its own way. A CRM that takes a webhook or a CSV import works from day one.
How fresh are the leads?
Each shop’s website is checked in a real browser when the lead is made, and the lead carries the date of that check. Shops change their websites and their systems, so a finding is checked again before a lead is reused or delivered twice. When a shop says a finding is wrong, we fix the lead and the case becomes a test every playbook has to pass.
How do you handle opt-outs and compliance?
A shop that asks not to be contacted goes on one do-not-contact list that every ScoutedLead customer’s runs check, so it never comes back to you or to anyone else. Contact details come only from the shop’s own website, never guessed. We never send cold texts and never send on your behalf: your reps send from your systems. Drafted emails carry your mailing address and an opt-out line.
